Keynote for iPad
Keynote is a wonderful app on the iPad in which you can make entertaining presentations. I had no idea what to expect when I heard of the name "keynote" but I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn't believe the amount of customization you could do to small parts of your presentation. But, Keynote knows that it's the small things that make a presentation big.
Keynote has a great amount of customization just in the text. You can change the font, size, alignment, and much more. You can even make colorful text boxes and move them from the back of the page to the front! The text boxes can have a shadow, border, or reflection added into them as well. There is also some awesome customization with the images you include; such as adding a border, adding a shadow, and emoting the background of an image using "instant alpha". Keynote can help you create and add shapes, graphs, and tables as well.
What is a presentation without transitions? Keynote has an incredible amount of fun transitions between slides, text, and images. Not only that, but some of the features are interactive, too! The charts can actually move right before your eyes! Also, the links can be made into buttons to make them look really neat.
Keynote sure knows how to make a presentation pop. I can totally see me using this program to explain a concept to my students in the future. I know they would love all of the animations and pretty presentation!
